We have lived here for a year and a half now and after the first few weeks I was ready to leave! At first sight it seemed like a nice enough community, but it is very deceiving. It is definitely just a hair above the projects! The children are unruly and always in the road. The staff is nearly impossible to get ahold of, and never follow up on messages left. The maintenance is shoddy at best. Last summer we went two weeks without ac with a 5 month old. It took 3 attempts before a professional was called to actually fix the problem. When we moved in we wrote down everything that was wrong with apt. and none of it has been fixed to date. We have never been late on rent, and the thanks we got was when we found a house we wanted, the office staff refused to answer phone calls and faxes from our realtor for our rental history. The total negligence of the staff caused us to lose the house we really wanted. I do not recommend living here to anyone!
