River Hill has undergone a major remodel, clearing out of old tenants and old management. This is a very nice place to live, now. It is clean, my unit looks like it is brand new. I love it here and would recommend it to ANYBODY who is looking for an affordable, nice place to rent.

Hmm. Seems like some of these reviews are either coming from people that really don't care or maybe be staff to boost scores. there is no way possible that parking gets a 5.0 or noise for that matter. and a 5.0 in construction? im sorry but adding a few nickel accents and a bit of paint does not hide the age of these buildings. Maybe it will for someone that has no clue about construction. Why do you think there is constant remodeling going on? durr durr! everytime it storms the doors through the whole house will not close until the next storm. sounds like poor construction when a little wind makes the complex shift to the point you cant get any of your doors to close. But its ok, just wait for the next storm or wind and all your doors will be fine again. no worries!
