This apartment is really, really big, and really cheap, and i've never felt unsafe It's the most space you'll get for this price, and it has a dishwasher. But it's across the river from a sewage plant and sometimes it stinks, and my apartment has a roach problem, although most of my neighbors claim to not have roaches, so it may just be me. but i've looked all over the knoxville area, and i haven't seen or heard of anything comparable for the price, especially since the staff is really nice & helpful, and in 18 months of commuting i've only been in stalled traffic once. Bottom line: if $330 a month is all you can afford, this is probably your best bet.
