Happy as a clam River Hill has undergone a major remodel, clearing out of old tenants and old management. This is a very nice place to live, now. It is clean, my unit looks like it is brand new. I love it here and would recommend it to ANYBODY who is looking for an affordable, nice

I moved from out of state and leased over the phone/computer. i was so happy when i got to the complex it looked jsut as it did online! I was a little nervous. Staff has always been nice, parking is not an issue. Neighbors are good, i barily see them.
