I've lived here for three years. The staff is friendly, and the place just got a facelift, but the problems are inside. I've had non-stop plumbing issues that the maintenance has been very slow to address every time. I've had to move all of my furniture a couple of times for days on end waiting for them to dry up the carpet after a plumbing problem.

There is a security officer here at night, so break-ins happen during the day. I've heard several gunshots. It is Madison, afterall.
