Too Much for what you get

I once lived in Berkley Hills for 2 years prior to moving back in 2002. You get Very little for what they charge.I had a lot of repairs needs (including a window I complained about and they never fixed even after I moved out) while living there that took mantanence the longest to fix. They raised my rent terrible after each of my lease agreements(more than an average apartment community would) but the never made any upgades to my Apartment. (Shampoo carpet etc.) I have had my car broken into and even witnessed someone trying to brake in another person's apartment. They need a security gate or something. The Office staff was rude at times and that area is just going down the drain. If you move here make sure you install a security system(which the complex will not give you) one on your car, and carry mase when you walk to the laundry room.
