This is called Madison's best kept secret. The apartment looks like heaven, but management there is hell. Not only did it sporadically change within three times in the six months that I stayed there, management has a tendency to go back on written policies and totally contradict itself. Maintenance is a joke, and though the apartment leases to college students, they're not the ones making noise and causing upheaval during the night hours. Employers at the apartment should be reported for noise levels, blasting radios, and arguing, to say it euphemistically, with their spouse. Do not be blind sided. Management has a tendency to find anything wrong with an apartment in an attempt to keep a deposit. It makes its money ripping off out of state students. In the past two years, Berkley Hills has lost twenty families. There is a good reason why.
