I have lived at Berkley Hills twice now, from 96-97 and from 2001-2002. The only reason I moved out the second time is because I bought a house. I'm now moving back in because my family is growing and we are looking for a larger house. I have thoroughly enjoyed living there. Karry Byrd, one of the leasing agents, lived across the street from me in 97, so she has first-hand experience with this complex. All of the leasing staff are very professional and helpful. If you consider the price of renting in Nashville, Berkley Hills is a GREAT deal. Yes, there are some repair issues from time to time, but these are older buildings that they are constantly maintaining if not improving. I've lived in a townhouse both times and only had a noise problem when someone was blatantly blasting their radio. For the rent I paid in 2002, it was WELL worth my money. My 6 year old daughter had a lot of friends, enjoyed the pool and playground and loves Dan Mills Elementary School (BH is zoned for this school). Berkley Hills is a great place to live in Madison, especially when you look at the alternatives. As a resident of the Nashville area for over 7 years, I have checked out a lot of places and keep coming back to Berkley Hills!
