I live in Berkley Hills and have for over a year.I started in a 2 bedroom townhome and now live in a 3 bedroom townhome. The previous letters of complaint must be from people who were asked to leave or were counseled on problems they created.This is a wonderful place.The office staff is willing to bend over backwards to help in any way they can. The maintainence staff is always there within a few hours after a request is made. The grounds are kept clean. There are people who don't respect the property but all it takes is a phone call to the office. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a HOME invironment.

You must be one of the staff members to write a review like this. I guess you haven't dealt with the problems that we have. I'm sorry your view of the place is not real.
