I moved to Berkley 2 years ago and I have loved it ever since. I have a 2 bedroom and it was very clean when I moved in and I have had very few problems. Maintenance responds quickly to my needs. I have even asked for them to take out my garbage because I had shoulder surgey and they did. Lisa and Karry in the office are very friendly. I am able to use their office equipment anytime I need to. They don't even charge me when a fax it long distance. I see the entire staff working on the grounds areas to keep them clean and presentable. I would recommend Berkley Hills to anyone looking to move to an apartment. The staff is friendly, curteous and helpful.
