THE MANAGEMENT AT BERKLEY HILLS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTERS.
I HAVE LIVED THERE A TOTAL OF 4 MONTHS AND HAVE HAD VERY BAD LUCK.
FIRST THERE IS ASBESTOS FOUND THREE DOORS DOWN.
THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS ARE BROKEN CAUSING OUR ELECTRICTY BILLS TO SKYROCKET.
YET THE COMPLEX SEEMS TO NOT CARE.
MAINTENECE SUCKS.
THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM.
YOURE LUCKY IF THEY EVEN COME OUT TO SEE WHATS WRONG.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
IT SEEMS SO PERFECT UNTIL YOU LIVE THERE.
