the only thing you will get in this dump will be leaks mice and robberies and on top of that some good and nasty service. but dare you if you pay your hard earend rent money 1 day late.

Also, if any of our residents ever have any problems, they know they can confidentially talk with the office staff, and we will handle the situation to the best of our ability. Oh, and we've never had rats either!

Ya know what? This is obviously a disgruntled resident who paid their rent late and wanted to complain about maintenance. First, we are given a 5 DAY grace period on rent, so saying that you are punished by paying a day late is crap. You are fined if you pay a WEEK late and that is standard in property management. Also, whenever I've had issues with maintenance, the job gets done. It may not be done THAT day, but remember, there are only a few maintenance guys for a complex that's like a small city! Give these guys a break.

I would like to know if the problems with the mice and roaches have been addressed. I am looking to move within the next couple of months and this was one of the places that I have considered.
