have to pay 25.00 to park
water not included 3 times the amount you use
rates change every year (alot)
too many people not enough washers and dryers
changes manangement no one ever to talk too
will not let you terminate your lease with out paying the rest of the year..
AND YES THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR
