I have lived here for over 1 year now and it was alright until the new property owners took over, they have this big yellow sign that says NOW PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BY....well professional, not by a long shot. over half the time no communication is clear. you talk to one person, they say one thing, and the manager says another. The manager is very RUDE! You go in to speak with her about a problem, especially with rent, she gets loud and nasty with you like you are the one who is stupid. I feel that tenants are paying $500.00 or more in rent should be treated with more respect than that. Besides we are the ones who are paying for their jobs, we are their customers, and we should be treated better. I went in to the office because i had an issue with my pay check she tells me that she is going to turn me over to the collections. They are very unfair and very rude. now i have to move because of 2 late rent payments, and i have been a very good tenant who had a perfect pay history, and i have to move because of circumstances beyond my control. i feel that it would be different if i did not pay at all and never tried to make an arrangement to pay. Just keep in mind if you do decide to give this complex a try, make sure that you are at least one month ahead in rent to make room for life's changes that you may have those life storms that cause financial hardship for a short time, because they do not even try to work with you..they sue you..how sad..as a business they should want to keep the long time residents, besides it cost more money to find new customers then it does to retain current customers.. and that is business..
oh and if you use the laundry facility on site, horrid!!!!
