This apt complex is the projects of Madison. My apt is run down to say the least. It is the type of apt you would see on Good Times. There is a lot of drug activity present. When you ask any of the staff a question they either refer you to someone else, tell you they will call you back and never do or get absolutely rude with you. They show you a beautiful display apt and move you into something totally opposite. Stay away from this complex at all cost. The HVAC until is horrible and you will burn up in the summer and freeze in the winter unless you remain downstairs.
