I lived in Breckenridge for 13 months, the staff WAS great..no problems there. I always has something fixed when I called it in. But they say the rent is due by the 6th right' and in the lease it says if the sixth is a Sunday, and you pay on Monday it wont be late right'...WRONG, you still gotta pay. And make sure you take pictures of the apartment when you move in and when you move out because honey they charge you for every lightbulb, sink stopper, drip pan, spot on carpet(or $900.00 to replace the whole carpet, hole in wall, they charge you for cleaning. They even charged me $25 TAPE REMOVAL!! for a sign that I had on my balcony with SCOTCH TAPE!!! Yeah they charged me for all this including blinds on the balcony door that werent there when I moved in!! The funny thing is, they were gonna remodel this apartment when I moved out anyways, so I pretty much payed for them to remodel someone elses apartment. Yeah its a wonderful place to live if your like a neat freak or never home or Mr Rogers!!''!!!
