We moved in here around April 2003 and have had nothing but trouble since. Most of the neighbors are quiet and nice, however, there is some that aren't so nice. My neighbor refuses to put her two dogs on a lease. These dogs bite and have come after us while we are walking by. This neighbor also refuses to pick up her dog poop. We have complained numerous times to mangement and they don't seem to care. Several people do not keep their animals on leases. One dog actually ran into our apartment and we couldn't get it out.
The property isn't taken care of like before. The grass isn't mowed as frequently as it should be and when it is it is a bad job. I haven't seen the property mulched since the change of managers.
The excerise equipment is broken a lot and is broken right now. The pool is always nasty but yet they say its cleaned everyday. I don't think so! Also if you want to move here cause its gated don't. The gates are always broken or standing open.
We have called to speak to the manager, but she can't seem to return our calls. The married maintenance man is too busy sleeping with the residents to fix anything.
Parking also is a problem here. They will tell you that it isn't oh but it is. People who have these 2 car garages refuse to park in them. So the people who don't even have a garage have to park at other buildings. The staff doesn't even address this issue.

I truly don't agree with this review. The pool has always been clean and there are dog pots available to keep the dog poop under control. The staff does issue tickets to anyone who is walking their dog without the means of picking up the stool. I think whoever wrote this review may have a more personal issue with the former maintenance staff and office staff. About the garages, i am sure that some families may have more than two cars and may use their garages as just storage, they pay for it, they don't have to park in it if they don't want. The gates are never left open, they are cosmetically damaged, due to people ramming them on accident. I think Bristol Park is a great place to live, and very fun and community like.
