Bristol Park is an average community at luxury prices

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I have lived at Bristol Park for 1 year, and I can honestly say that the first part of the year was good. That was until September, when my apartment began to smell like skunk. I contacted office many times, telling them of the odor and never got a call back. The smell then appeard to go away and in December I resigned my lease. Of course, shortly after, the odor returned and I am now stuck in an apartment that smells so bad that I have vomited and have head aches on a regular basis. I have just now (after 3 long months of waiting) been given the option to transfer to another apartment (the same model I am currently in) with the company paying all transfer fees. Unfortunately it is too little too late. We have paid $689 a month (for a 1 bedroom!!) to live in a community that says it is luxury. The only thing that has been luxury are the prices. We have volleyball, a small fitness center, and 1 BBQ grill. Not to mention, a staff that really could care less about you once you have signed the lease. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are nice, but calling them luxury is taking it a step too far. They are average for newer communities. I may be forced to stay here for the length of my lease this time, but I can tell you that the first chance I get to move, I will be. I would never, EVER recommend this place!
