I've lived in a lot of different apartment communities in a lot of different states, as my job requires me to relocate a lot. This is the only property I've ever seen that always mows the lawns at 7:00 in the morning. Sometimes it's 7:00 on a weekday morning, sometimes it's 7:00 on Saturday morning, but it's always 7:00 a.m. Unfortunately, it gets worse...much worse. At least a half-dozen times, the grass from the mowers gets blown on my car from the lawnmowers. Sometimes it's just grass, sometimes there's also dirt & mud, but this most recent time, dog feces was slung on my car by the lawnmower. Every single time I tell them about it but they don't do anything. I've even asked them to just let me know a day or two in advance so I can move my car to the parking lot of an adjacent shopping center, but they never warn me. I just get woke up by the 7:00 a.m. lawnmowers and walk out the door to find grass and whatever else that happened to be in the grass all over the hood of my car. I've complained again, but it's just going to keep happening. It's happened so many other times after I've complained. The apartment management just doesn't give a crap...well, unless you count the dog crap that their lawn maintenance blows on my car!
