I had a constant problem with not enough parking near my apartment. I very seldom was able to park even in front of the building. Maintenance service was slow, I waited for an air conditioner filter for 6 days. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable, for example I had to have 2 different remote controls for the gates because everytime I had the batteries changed by staff they still didn't work. I wasn't given a walk-through when I went to move-in, I was just handed the keys and gate cards, by the PROPERTY MANAGER of all people. I also did not understand the point of the gates when they didn't work for about 2 1/2 of the 7 months I lived there. I also had a severe infestation of spiders, my apartment was scheduled to be sprayed 6 different times, and they would still be there, in the apartment and on my balcony. I was generally displeased with my living in those apartments and realized for the cost I could have had a nice house with a lot less problems.
