I have lived here for six months and can't wait for my lease to be up. I still have not received a copy of my lease which I have asked for three times. The property manager is so rude. Two days after I moved in she didn't even remember my name. There is a rotten spot on my floor under the rug that sinks in. Everytime I step there, the lady downstairs knocks on my door complaining of the noise. My tire went flat in my Benz one day, and they put a letter on my window threatening to tow. It's scary throwing away garbage at night in the trash compacter because of all the stray cats and racoons. Just little things that add up, especially with how deep management digs in your pockets. I don't have a PHD., but I do run a district of retail stores, so maybe my opinion means a little.
