I have lived in this appartment complex on two separate occasions and am very dissappointed with Bristol Park. I originally moved in about three years ago and everything was great. I had moved out for job reasons and a year later I had a need for an appartment, so guess what when me and my roommate was considering moving I insisted on BRISTOL PARK. Since then the new office manager had been promoted. When we moved in from the start there were problems. 1st was the nice decor of knuckel prints in our front door. thats nice! Then the leaks in both bathrooms, one we had to repair ourself after having maintnace look at it twice. oNCE THEY WERE FIXED I HAD TO ARGUE FOR THE APARTMENTS TO PAY THE $200 WATER BILL hmmm''' The the best thing that happened is when Bristol Park accidently steam cleaned our carpet rather than my neighbors which was the one they were suspose to clean. It was great till walking in our appartment and the first step is onto soaking wet carpet. Think thats just too much' I still sent the three refferals to the appartments. First they said you get $100 off rent if they stay 1 month, then after they moved in it turned to three months''''' needless to say I havent recieved a dime of it. And to top that one of the tennants i reffered had to break her lease becuase the nicest apartments in north nashville lost my friend money order that she paid her rent with and then it took so long for them to figure it out she had no way of cancling the money order. so they just said that she never paid, when I was there when she dropped it off. Now that it is the end of my lease, My roomate had faxed their 60 day notice in within a week of recieving it. Guess what they lost it as well, now in their defense becuase I believe in being fair, after faxing in the 60 day notice We informed the office staff that we were posibly not planning on moving at the end of the lease, now that we did go ahead and decided to move out at the end of our lease they are saying that we didnt give a sixty day notice. Unbelievable, Like I said Great Apartments but crappy office staff.
