SIMPLE: THE COMPLEX IS QUICKLY TURNING INTO THE GHETTO! JUST DRIVE THROUGH AFTER WORK AND LOOK AROUND, IT'S EASY TO SEE! I'VE BEEN THERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND FEEL LIKE THE GATES ARE ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT BARS FROM THE INSIDE!
