Nice, quite, managers can be a little rude sometimes... The pool is hardly open when it needs to be, if there's one cloud in the sky, its closed... Maintanence is really good at fixing stuff in a timely manner... Rent keeps going up on a yearly basis and the parking sucks but no crime that I've seen ... Small laundry room and you cant never find a machine but all in all a pretty good place to live... We have lived here for 2 years now......
