I've lived at Fawnwood since July and I like it. I live in a one bdrm townhouse which is very unique...it's sort of a loft, very odd for a complex, but nice! It even has 1.5 baths. Not a bad price. I feel pretty safe, as there is a courtesy officer that lives in the building across from mine and a cop lives in the same building as I do. There is usually at least one of the cop cars here, so I never feel unsafe. The only thing I don't really like is my electric bill has been crazy high for a one bdrm...I expected it after the weeks of 100 degree weather, but the month after, it was still just as high! It was only my third electric bill since being here though, so it might get better (hopefully not worse).

I had a problem with my AC during the heatwave and called I think at 10pm and it was fixed by midnight (the maintenance guy said he had an 1.5 hour commute to the complex). I can't complain about that at all.

Kathy, the office manager, is fantastic. She's been nothing but helpful since before I moved in. I was approved in the span of about 3 hours to live here and was able to move in a week later. She has also known my name since the first time we met, which makes it all feel more personal.
