I moved into the Graybrook section of this apartment complex after weeks of searching various other apartments in and around the Nashville area. I have NOT been disappointed! The grounds are very well maintained. The apartment is priced very affordably for the size. Maintenance is outstanding. I had a hot water heater go out late into the evening. I called the emergency number and someone was there to fix the problem within 30 minutes. The apartments are well insulated and this helps keep the electric bills low. It also makes noise coming from adjacent apartments mute. The management team is friendly, prompt, and professional. As far as I am concerned, this is the best-kept secret in the Nashville area as far as apartments go. I can pull out of the complex and be downtown within 20 minutes. There is a great mall (Rivergate) only 5 minutes away and every restaurant you would ever want to eat at. What else can I say' I will be continuing to stay here after my lease is up. Opry Mills and the other tourist stuff are 1 exit away off of Briley Prkwy. There are 2 pools on property, a sand volleyball area, tennis courts, weight rooms, and grills throughout the property. The closet space is outstanding. The closet in the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartments is especially huge!
To sum it up, if you want to get the most for your money as far as space; if you want to live close enough to the city yet not in the downtown area, if you like variety when it comes to close-by restaurants and shopping, if you value privacy and enjoy quiet surroundings, then this is the place to be! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

Obviously your Anonymous response suggests that you had a bad experience. I am not an employee of GC/GB, but I have lived here going on 3 years now and have no desire to leave at the moment. If I might make a suggestion, perhaps if while your were here, you paid your rent, the staff would have treated you better. LOL
