I moved in on 08/26/06 and ever since I have been there it has been wonderful. I had some issues with some things around the apartment when I moved in (just minor things) and maintenance was there the next day and fixed everything! The front staff has been wonderful and very helpful. I am in a middle apartment and I worried I would hear my upstairs neighbor, but I never do! I never hear anyone and it is always quiet. The parking is always open and close to my building and the grounds are well kept. I am very pleased about my decision about moving in here and I like it very much. AND they are about the only one bedroom apartments around Madison that have washer & dryer hookups! That sold me!!
