Worst place to live. I was assualted in this property.. Glad that I was alive.. Moved out immediately.. It looked as if it is safe place but don't be decieved..save yourself with better choices in life..

I am a female and have been living by myself at these apts for over a year now and this has never happened to me. I'm sure it has something to do with who you hang out with...

This is not the norm. I lived at this complex for almost eight years as a single woman and never once had a problem. I certainly would never live anywhere with any type of gang activity whatsoever. The only reason i moved was to purchase a home and if i ever need an apt again Graycroft is the first and only place i will go!

I am a single woman who can testify to the gang problems. I do not hang out with gang members and I was nearly assaulted by 2 of them just taking trash to the dumpster. They have had a recent spike in crime.
