Without a doubt Graybrook is the best apartment complex in Madison! Superb, responsive, professional office staff, great maintenance, spacious floorplans (especially at Graybrook - gigantic walk-in closet in master bedroom and entire apartment feels nice and roomy), no troubles with neighbors, nice playground for children, enjoyable place for taking walks at night, feels safe. This is a wonderful place to call home. I have lived here for about six months and couldn't be happier. If you are looking for an apartment in Madison, this is the place to be!!
