This place is horrible, the staff is very unfriendly and down right rude. It is cheap and now that I live here I see why. Can't wait to leave. It is run down and I do not feel that I am in a safe place. Don't pick this apartment, go somewhere else!
I believe that the staff in the office is posting positive reviews here, do not believe the good reviews on this site, they are a lie!

This is the second negative anonymous review in as many days. Neither review cited any examples in which to validate their opinions concerning the staff, safety, etc. I have lived here almost 3 years now and can attest to the FACT that this property is one of the better apartments in the area. This poster and the one from yesterday clam they don't feel safe. Well, perhaps they suffer from a mental disorder, as there has only been one incident that I am aware of and in that incident, no one was injured. This is coming from a Deputy Sheriff. So, readers beware... some of these negative reviews may simply be an attempt by former renters who were evicted for refusing to pay and now wish to cause financial hardship on the property that wouldn't give them a free place to live.

I am a current renter and can prove it to anyone who is looking at these reviews. Did you get the notice posted on your door two days ago? It stated that the club house was vandalized 3 times this summer....THIS SUMMER!!! I've lived in a few different appartment complexes over the years, some of them a lot longer than this one and have never seen such a notice. I think you are the one with a mental disorder, I don't even feels safe now going down to the pool area because of this. Does this prove I am a current tennant? I think so.....this notice is from this week.

This is soooo true! I wonder if the staff is padding the reviews because this place IS a dump! I think the Deputy Sheriff might be the one that the staff told me about that live there free or deeply discounted....! I NEVER once saw a human being patrolling any part of these apartment, I think they must just enjoy living free or at a discount no matter how horrible a place. I would rather pay and live somewhere nice, DUMP DUMP DUMP! STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE!
