i work in admin., who knew I was a hooker on crack!

when i moved from CA, i was told that my carpet was brand new, complete with bleach stain on the floor. the cabinet doors were falling off, the shower knob broke off, which they never fixed, so i had to use a screwdriver in order to take a shower. then, they "fixed" the kitchen faucet that would not shut off, but then i had no hot water in the kitchen for a month!Mgt invades privacy, and there is a big problem with residents, as well as mgmt's family members, openly buying pot. also, when i went to get boxes from an ex co-worker one night (she worked late) the apt mgrs boyfriend saw me, and told staff , as well as other res. that I was "turning tricks for crack". Who knew! I thought i worked in an office downtown. I didn't know I had so many other hidden talents. also, my water heater was corroding, with an INCH of rust sludge collected on the floor, when they fixed it, they used MY mop to clean the mess, and the place is roach infested. They're employed there too.

THE WAY THESE PEOPLE TALK ON HERE MUST BE TRUE. DAMN I WAS THINKING ABOUT RESIDING THERE BUT SINCE THEY SAID ALL OF THIS I RATHER LIVE IN THE BRICKS.

no, just drive by the place and you'll see. I won't even drive back there anymore it's that bad a neighborhood and keeps getting worse. Not to mention Sarah the manager that would come inside your apartment when the bug guy came to spray, and instead of standing at the door she would come inside, go in every room, even the bedroom, whether or not you were in your room, naked, didn't matter.wouldn't knock, would just come in. One kid named Michael who's mother works there said that Sarah, the other mgr came in his room and stood over him while he pretended to sleep. CREEPY!!

first lets get it right I live here...and its not bad...Sarah is not the manager...Melinda is the manager..and as a tenant there I know who you are by reading...and yes you were turning tricks just to feed you baby, because your man left you..I saw you

from what I've seen of the place,its nice, have done upgrades, new landings, repaved parking lot, put fences around dumpsters...I wouldn't be afraid to live thre..have been by there both day and night...the place across the street looks alot ruffer.
