Highland Ridge Apartments is not a place I would choose to live again. It's good for the moment. This apartment complex is very noisy as 90% of the tennents are teenagers or young adults without mufflers on their cars. I've been awakened many a night by loud voices from outside and cars honking their hornes as well as boomin' stereos that are bumpin' loud and hard enough to break windows. I've heard many stories of car break-ins also. I currently live here but you can bet it will be my last year.
