I have only lived at Highland Ridge for a short time but have had only bad experiences with this place. The management is pretty much horrible. Upon moving in we noticed quite a few things that were wrong. One being the carpet. There were bleach stains and cigarette burns in more than one room and real bad dirty spots all over. We were told that the carpet would be replaced. Then they changed their mind. The bathtub was another problem. Management kept telling us someone would be out to resurface it and then kept putting it off. Overall, if I could do it over I would not pick this place. It was a good size apartment for the money but not worth all the hassle.
