Office Staff:

(user photo) rotted wood all along border where water leak was never fixed!! They say dont worry about the mold...It had a mushroom growing out from it!!

The upstairs dishwasher overflowed into our apartment everytime it drained. even after they were contacted several times, maintenance didn't clean it up until the smell was so rank, our neighbors complained and there were mushrooms growing on the liviong room carpet. The sliding glass doors had no security bar. Called several times & were told to cut off a broom! Someone broke in, of course, & stole stereo & other stuff. Bad management!

Same thing happened here, INCLUDING the mushrooms growing in the hallway and i have to images to prove it!
