I have lived here for 10 months. I am not going to lie to you to make you not choose Highland Ridge. I enjoy my apartment no one bothers us. The only problems I have is things getting fixed they have to come out several times to get something fixed. The complex is under new management and I do see lots of external upgrades but the focus needs to be internally.
