AKA - THE DUMP -- Every comment posted here is correct. Maintenance is a joke, leaks are a constant problem and hey, the grass is waist high with weeds everywhere. But, they have a groundskeeper that does do a good job of picking up trash in the midst of a crumbling, deteriorating complex. Metro Codes and whoever holds the mortgage on this property needs to get involved. It is a highly populated Hispanic community, and residents are probably afraid to cause a "stir". Freeman Webb dumped this property, with problems it did not fix, on a slum landlord. There is no conception of making the area a stable complex -- it is a transient community. I'm moving as soon as I can find something worth the money and as soon as I can find an apartment complex that does not utilize "false" advertisement statements. Wish me luck.

i agree 100 % (also cross the street Highland cove same people ) .worst place to live and Maintenance do nothing at all . i am glad i don't live here anymore .both the Apt complex has drugs, gangs and crimes , robberies problems. i recommend no one to move here . look for Old Hickory ,goodlettsville area cheap and safe.
