It's getting bad

Well, when i first moved in things didn't seem bad. Although the complex might be 30 years old (not sure of age) the apartment seemed in good shape. When fixtures are needed they do patch work only, saving money on items. The area now is becomming more like a hang out zone for teenagers. There are more and more strangers using the pool. depending on your location, you will have crowds hanging out at the parking lots making noise up to 11:pm. I am moving out as soon as possible.
