When we first moved in we had to spend our fisrt night in a hotel! The place was infested with coakroaches! Had to spend our own $$ for smoke bombs,we were not reimbursed for anything. Took about 2weeks to get rid of them. Repairs required multiple trips by staff. I had to have them spray for fleas twice and don't own any pets, they were transfered to my place by the mait.staff from other units!
Rent was too high for service and overall apt. appearance and was only getting higher had I re-newed my lease rent would have been in the mid $800's puleeze! Winter's there was just awful because of poor insulation cold air would pour into through the apt via the front door. Never was taken care of maitenance guy said he didn't feel a thing. Riiiight. Just lazy. Tiles in kitchen had not been fixed by time of moving out in '05 from a flood in early '04. Flood not my fault, to be clear on that.
We had a stream of psycho neighbors next door to us. Parking was ok only because I had a handicap permit. Nosie from kids/teenagers was insane (I'm in my early 20's).
The office staff was incompetent at best, except a lady named Symphony. The others were rude, inconsiderate and just plain mean.
The only saving grace of this place is that the bedrooms are huge.
