I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT SINCE 2006 AND AM OVERALL HAPPY WITH MY APARTMENT. THE GROUNDS AND POOLS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. IF I HAVE A PROBLEM, IT IS HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FUN AND HAPPY AND THEY CALL ME AND MY FAMILY BY NAME. I WOULD AND DO RECOMMEND MADISON SQUARE TO MY FRINDS AND FAMILY.
