I have lived here for over 6 years. I have requested some minor maintenance and cant seem to get anything done. One of the best maintenance guys just quit. The new manager is incompetent. Get someone in here that is experienced. And I am offended by the new promotion. I pay over $700 for a 2 bedroom and they are offering any apartment for $299. I have been here 6 years and am penalized for being a longtime resident.

I can totally feel your pain on this issue. I have lived at my apartment for 2 years and every time I've renewed my lease they up the rent. My starting rent was $668 for a 2 bdrm townhouse, I renewed and rent upped $10 to $678, and now they're offering a *special deal* of $704 if I were to renew. No deal!!! And get this, residents have to pay for trash and water. So I will definitely NOT be renewing my lease when it expires in 2 months. By the way, this is not about Mission Madison Square...I'm speaking of a totally different apartment complex.
