The problems are usually noise with younger people blasting their stereo's inside their apartments or the parking lot,,,,usually I had parking but people abuse the priveledge,,I am handicapped and my upstairs neighbor had someone's tag and used it,,sometimes I would have to park across the street

Ohter problems come from outside the cimplex
