These apartments are okay if you happen to like poor construction coupled with even poorer maintenance. The management is unexperienced and a hassle to deal with. They also make promises and then pretend to have never made them a couple of days later. Our AC went out shortly after we turned it on and it took the apt 3 months to fix the problem. This issue wasn't addressed until it was the end of June. When they "fixed" the air, they happened to break a water pipe flooding the carpet in the closet and bathroom. They "fixed this problem a week later after we had to place a bucket for the water to go into and had to change every few hours. The floor was soaking wet and they let us use a drying fan but refused to clean the carpet. This led to a mold infestation in the bathroom and has deteriorated the unit. The overall apt never had very appealing qualities. The wall sockets were loose, the light switches and thermostat were painted on and the kitchen appliances were old and unproductive. The apt is livable but i would advise looking elsewhere for an apt because these are suited for short stays at the most.
