I moved in thinking great an all electric apartment. This would have been great if it wasn't drafty. My winter bill was $100 for a 1BR. Dont worry about summer the AC doesnt work. Dogs are allowed which is great, allowed to roam free and terrorize you and your pet.The floor is fake hardwood, which bubbles and lifts. The sewer comes back up in the sinks. They say you are on you own line with water, but everytime someone else flushes in another apartment you get burned. Parking is a joke, they have visitor parking that is mainly used by the residents so that they get to park. They dont tow or enforce the parking at all. So far I have seen drug deals, ganag activity form the Blood and the Crypts. A guys even got shot in the street. But dont worry there is a nice park right across the street for your kids to play. They have found 3 dead bodies there in the month of April.
Sadly enough the office staff is very sweet and nice, just very overwhelmed. Maybe in the next year they will get a handle on all of these issues. But in the meantime, it is not worth the money. If you have children go somewhere esle.

First off, I'd like to say this has got to be the most humerous post I have found here! Bodies in the park, get serious! This was obviously written by someone who was either evicted for non-compliance or non-payment of rent. Fortunately apartment shoppers are smarter than the people who post on these websites.
