I have lived here for about 4 months, within the 4 months I have developed arachnophobia. We have so many spiders it s ridiculous. I have sprayed myself and called the office. The person came out and put traps down saying he needed to see what kind of spiders. WTF, spiders take care of it. The first day I was in the apartment the stove didn t work. I have so many wholes in the bathroom wall, maintenance call themselves fixing it and just covered with a little plaster. Cracks are all over the place. I have had plumbing problems since I moved in. As I m typing my toilet is stopped up, I reported it this morning and no one attempted to fix it. My dishwasher is broken, I reported that and was told to use clorox. The living room is always hot. I have a crack in my door which is probably how the insects are getting in. My tube looks dirty all the time which is also peeling. The floors need to be replace, you can hear your neighbors walking as if someone is actually in your apartment(keep in mind no lives above or below me). I want to make it clear that River Retreat 1 changed their name to Neely Meadows because of its bad reputation.There hasn,t been a maint. man in the past two years.I've had plumbing problems from day one.The bedroom window was broken when we first moved in so we told them and they said they would fix it along with a dozen other things.The maint.man replaced it with the wrong window so we have had a draft coming threw our apt. for two years now.By the way the maint.man quite the next day.I have had to plastic over the window because our light bill went threw the roof.I also had to install seals around the doors and windows because you could see daylight around our front door and spiders (mainly)and other bugs kept getting in .We have had drug dealers walking through selling dope like it's a dope drive thru.The sparkling pool they mention in their advertisment stayed green all summer and was closed.Their ad. is one big lie all of it.I've had so many problems here with overcharges ,maint. issues,managers that just dont care and have bad attitudes,perverts masterbating in front of small children,peaple selling dope,windows being broken out of my car,my electric meter being stolen,my a/c unit breaker being stolen,someone trying to break in our apt. and mailbox and the list goes on and on.If you see Neely Meaows formally River Retreat 1 RUN.
