I lived here for a year and it was terrible!! Kids all over the place not supervised. Maintenance would not fix a thing. The apartment never stayed cool in summer and the AC ran non stop. The balcony's were falling down. Cars came in and out all night long with their radio's blasting. The police were always in the complex for some reason. Drugs seemed to be a major problem. Before I moved out they did get new office staff, but the lady was very rude. I would not recomment my worst enemy to live here! They also have a serious mold problem at River Retreat II. In order to go to the pool you have to go to River Retreat I which is just up the street.
Do Not Move In Here!!
