95% of the people in these apartments are such trash. Don't get me wrong there are several people that are wonderful but the others are horrible neighbors.
If I wasn't so close to leaving I would give up my deposit just to get out.
People are so inconsiderate, loud, careless.
They fly through the parking lot. Fight in the parking lot. Throw garbage all in the yards. I can hear people two apartment buildings down yelling inside their apartment with the door closed.
Property management does the minimum when dealing with complaints and in my experience has made living with these people more difficult.
The police are here at least once a week. I heard gun shots once.
The kids are the loudest I have ever encountered. They do not leave the complex to play, they will yell and scream at a rediculess volume and more for the sake of screaming than anything else.
They will stay outside of your apartment for hours, I can't study or hear the television.
The walls, floors, and ceilings are so thin you can hear every word that is said. Especially when the neighbors fight. And believe me they will.
I have requested repairs be made to several items in our apartment but nothing has ever been done. the Dishwasher doesn't work, the garbage disposal doesn't work, the bedroom and bathroom doors will not close all the way. The doors are always open a good two inches.
The windows are closed but i can still feel a breeze in the room.
The balconies are scary but they are slowly building new ones.
If you have another choice of apartments make those your first choice.
