It's okay, wish I would have picked somewhere else. - It's not a bad apartment, but the area and the people are lower class. A lot of couches and trash on front lawns of homes in the area....my view from my window. It is ghetto as another reviewer said. I don't feel safe in the complex, a lot of people hanging out at all hours of the night makes for a noisy night sleep! Nice Property all in all We have been at Bristol Park for almost a year. Complex is quiet and well laid out. Service calls can be a little slow, but the units are in good condition. Floorplans are the largest around, which is why we ended up here.

It's close to everything River Retreat is just close to everything. Maintenance do their job and my move-in was good. Lived there for 4 years, rent is cheap and it's a quite place. 1000 sq/ft with Patio and washer and dryer. Manager is nice and accommodating.
