I lived here with my son for a year and it was awful! The manager is very rude and takes her time to get things done. The maintenance man smokes at least 3 packs a day and when he enters your apartment he leaves an old cigarette smell that lingers for days. There are no washers and dryers for residents unless you live on the first floor. We lived on the second floor and had to either walk up or down 2 flights of stairs with laundry baskets full of clothes to pump $2/load into the machines that only worked half the time. The people that run the place are very nosy and will always be in your business. If you have more than 1 car you can forget about parking. If you have guests over, you might as well tell them to walk. There are a little over 100 apartments in the complex and only about 100 spaces overall. Parking on the week-end is especially bad and don't even think about going grocery shopping after work because you will be left to trek across the parking lot with your child in one hand and food in the other. I complained to management about the parking problem on numerous occassions and a resolution was never reached. I was left many days to park in the dark corner of the parking lot and walk through the snow, rain, etc. with my son.

All of my neighborson my floor smoked and the smell often found its way into my apartment due to the hallways being enclosed. It was embarassing to have company over and an apartment that reaked of old cigarettes when I didn't even smoke. I would recommend that you seriously consider moving elsewhere before making your decision. There are nicer places in the area with better amenities and a more professional staff. These apartments offer the basic necessity of a roof over your head. There is no pool, fitness center, clubhouse, etc. Choose somewhere else or you will regret it!
