Martin Place or "The Reserve" promises a lot , but does not deliver. They promise a tanning bed, friendly service, "state of the art" gym, and the so called free ultilitys, ...Do not get fooled by them, They have no tanning bed, horrible service, and the work out machine is broke. The usually charge $30 (overage charge) for the month..on top of the massive $385!!! Police will harress you and they always try to catch you drinking,,, They will randomly knock on doors trying to get kids to come out with alcohol, and the managers will not do anything about it... They have literally cussed out my roomates before...Trust me they are just as good as a poppy-flavored lollipop!!!

AMEN!! I am so glad that July 31 is my freedom date. It is not worth half of what they charge for rent. They are constantly adding some kind of a charge on top of the crazy $400. Don't do it. Don't rent with these people. There have been breakins and our apartment was broken into twice. They told us to call 911 that they weren't responsible for security.
