Martin place or the reserve is not a place that i want to live! First of all, each room mate gets $40 dollars a person for utilities for guys that may be ok, but with girls who usually use more water, plus the dryers, straighteners, and other things that use energy you will more than likely go over. and they try to lie and tell you that you wont go over.. thats crap!! Also, i've heard about breakins over there, i personally have been lucky enough not to have one, but the door guard pieces they put on the doors to help keep people from breaking in they charge extra to put them on. Charge extra' really...you have to pay for them to do something to reduce the breakins'! shouldn't that be something they want to ensure!' they take your money for everything that they can. oh and the promised tanning bed... still isn't in. it was promised in the summer. and the work out room is TINY! plus the management doesn't care about anyone! i have called SEVERAL times because my neighbors have the music loud early in the mornings sometimes and its so loud its knocking things off my desk, and all management can say is "call the cops!" its way too expensive and they are still going up from 385 to 435! and thats because they are renovating the rooms... the new furniture and beds they put in are worse than the old ones! trust me! its not a place you want to live. Also, they told us that they would have parking stickers for residents, yea, those have yet to be issued so when you get home and someone is throwing a party in your building, all the VISITORS that have their own parking lot, (but no one can tell because we dont have parking passes like we're supposed to) are parked in the front or next to the building and you who live there have to park way off and walk! they are SOOO unorganized!! i've been here for a semester and already know that i wont be back next year!
